Blaze is the original Bikram yoga series first introduced to the USA by Bikram Choudhury in the early 1970’s. The sequence is the same every time you practice it: 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises all done in the exact same order. The consistency of the practice allows you to focus on you. It will improve your discipline, your spinal health and your focus/concentration. Variety can be found through different teachers on different days as the words they say may vary and help you to shift focus to different areas of your practice.
