Burn is our unique weighted yoga class. We use small weights combined with the right amount of reps to strengthen supportive muscles. Combine your weighted movements with yoga postures and mindfulness practices and you’ll experience a strong connected class. Adding weights into your routine is important to initiate growth and challenge your skeletal structure. Bones and muscles need weighted movements to keep them engaged and active. This is especially important as you age because overtime we lose muscle tissue. The benefits for bone density, fat burning and skeletal strength cannot be overlooked.
