Flow is a Vinyasa based class that blends breath with movement. This yoga style truly gets you grooving. Typically coordinated with music, this style is the pride of fluidity and experience. Flow will often be a bit more cardiovascular while challenging your upper body strength. Postures do not take you quite as deep as say Ignite or Blaze but, you will often find the greatest variety expressed in this practice. Teacher to Teacher this style can be quite different with lots of options. You may also encounter inversions more often than in any other style found in Yoginity.
