FLOW | Heart Opening and Full Body Vinyasa Class

This is a full body flow practice that begins right away with some sun salutation variations to open up the front body and get the blood flowing. We finish with some dolphin pose, shalabhasana variations, bridge pose and urdhva dhanurasana. To top it off, we counter with a supine twist and a seated forward fold.
