Kristi has always had a passion for health and fitness. Her first yoga experience was at Fire Shaper over 5 years ago. It wasn’t until she started practicing on a regular basis that she saw the changes both physically and mentally. Yoga has helped her work through the many things that life throws our way and gave her a new view on life. She wanted to be able to give others this gift, so she took the 200 hour teaching training with Fire Shaper in the summer of 2015. Kristi also holds a degree in Exercise Science which gives her in depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the human body. Her classes focus on proper alignment and syncing the mind and body through the breath. She will help you push past what you believed you were capable of!
