Inspired by her Fire Shaper famil, Ellen starts you off in child’s pose and goes through a series of stretches, moving on to tabletop to do some pushups, core and glute work, then moving into down dog and flowing through to plank work. Minimal weight work, for some upper strength, body weight exercises for lower strength and some balancing work included.
