CINDER is a class catered towards our aged adult community as well as our community of people who have movement restrictions and handicaps. These short classes offer different options that will help improve their quality of life physically, mentally and emotionally. We recommend that you start with the beginner courses and remember, you can always pause a video, practice a little and then continue onward. Any video can be practiced as a whole or in parts and is not dependent on doing things in order. If some movements don’t work for you then don’t worry, just skip them and do what you can.
