FLOW | Classical Hatha Raja Yoga Presented In A Dynamic Sequence

A all level class that takes you deep within using breath work and dynamic movement.  Detailed instructions for each pose are offered throughout the practice, allowing beginner students to safely find proper alignment.  More advanced variations are offered, providing  more experienced students the opportunity to amp up their practice and explore new possibilities.
