FLOW | Eat the Frog Mandukasana Flow Class.

This full body flow will allow you to go a little deeper into the places we most often hold tension.  As we journey towards frog pose we will open shoulders, hips and quads while exploring what it means to be courageous in our practice.  Trying new thing can be a challenge but if we move slowly and steadily we can accomplish big goals!
