Vinyasa flow focusing on forward and back transitions. In this class we will concentrate on thigh to ribcage connection to strengthen hip flexors as well as core engagement. We will use a Tai Chi transition to learn how to safely step forward into warrior 1 as well as walking back to a strong standing split. Staying focused and positive in our practice helps us to navigate through the 2 steps forward and one step back transitions that we experience in our daily lives and in the world around us ?!
