Vinyasa Flow class for all levels addressing full body with emphasis on heart opening, twists and hamstrings. This class explores all of the components needed to attempt compass pose with an opportunity to continue on to Astavakrasana (8 angle pose). Balancing the front and backside of the heart allow us to listen deeper to our true inner compass…our Soul.
