When you have astavakrasana (elephant post to eight angle pose) on the brain and need a practice that opens hips.  Join in the fun for a flow that includes lots of outer hip opening and some arm balancing prep all culminating into astavakrasana (eight angle pose);. this practice includes pigeon and other salutations.
