A class focusing on hip opening and sequencing to flying pigeon pose while respecting our bodies boundaries. Concentration will be on the Yoga Sutra guideline of Ahimsa (non -harm) towards ourselves and others. Sometimes making the choice to take a variation of a pose in our practice empowers us to know we can choose to not to engage and make a better decision for ourselves and those around us.
