FLOW | Strength, Stability and Centeredness Flow

In this full body flow we will focus on the parts of the body that touch the earth in order to support the Muladhara Root Chakra not only for an assist in gratitude for our basic needs being met but for manifesting the strength, stability and centeredness that we may be yearning for.  We will give hip flexors extra nourishment by practicing wind removing pose both on the floor and in the standing variation.  Opportunities to bind for additional challenges will be offered but not necessary to enjoy the FLOW! 😉
