This class addresses the full body with an emphasis on shoulder mobility and forward folds for optimum Thyroid health. We will use Jalandara Bandha in numerous poses to accentuate the chin to chest compression while working towards eventually using Jalandara Bandha while balancing in nesting eagle pose. Communication is key, but it works both ways. Clearing the throat chakra enables you to speak your truth as well as hold the space for others near and dear to do the same by cultivating non-reaction!
