In part 1 we discussed Conscious Breathing and part 2 is designed to be added on to part 1. We are building a 12-15 minute meditation session which will culminate in part 7. Part 2 Resonation – it’s like a chant or mantra but instead just a sound “mmmmm”. The sound of a hum, just like that of a bee. It resonates through your cranium stimulating your nerve endings and building energy. Remember that if your practicing the Resonation on its own without continuing into parts 3-7 then be sure to enjoy a few conscious breathes at the end of your 8 cycles of Resonation.
