Stephanie has always been intrigued by the power of diet and exercise. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science and is constantly challenging herself with different forms of exercise. Stephanie was introduced to hot yoga in 2009 and was amazed how fast she felt the effects from practicing. The amount of patience and confidence that developed over such a short period of time helped deal with the stress brought on by everyday life. After practicing for four years Stephanie decided to complete the FireShaper Teacher Training, which she considers to be her proudest achievement. Her yoga journey will only continue to grow and she is inspired and anxious to share her knowledge and passion with everyone, on and off the yoga mat.
